Steps for applying for a Canara Bank virtual debit card from the Canara ai1 app:

Step 1 – Go to the Canara ai1 app and enter your login credentials i.e. 5 digit Passcode or through biometric mode.

Step 2 – After login, go to the cards section. Then click on “Apply Debit Card”.

Step 3 – Now you can see two options – Virtual Debit Card and Physical Debit Card. Click “Apply” on “Virtual Debit Card”

Step 4 – In this step you just need to enter the Bank account from which you want the debit card to be linked, card type, and card variant. Then after clicking on the terms and conditions just “submit”.

Step 5- After submission, a new tab will open for confirmation. Just check the details and click on “confirm”.

Step 6 – After confirmation, you need to enter MPIN for authentication.

Step 7 – Now you will see the msg “Virtual debit card is generated successfully”, just enjoy your new virtual debit card!
